Her appearance in the 6th season brought her out of 7th Heaven. Her fame was instantly boosted by her exceptional acting skills as teenage Casey Jackson in Ulee's Gold. Her role in this film won her the award of Best Supporting Youth Actress. Summer Catch, her comedy film, demonstrates her amazing acting skills. While she did give a stellar appearance, Rules of Attraction didn't draw much attention. Later her acting in the movie The Texas Chainshaw Massacre caught people's attention. In addition, she has been in suspenseful movies and has proven herself an actor.
